The Molecular Examiner

About

Why this exists.

Most of what's written about research peptides is either too thin to be useful or too credulous to be trusted. The Molecular Examiner is the reference we wanted when we started — clear, sourced, and skeptical.

We publish editorial notes on the chemistry, mechanism, sourcing logistics, and field practices around research peptides. Everything is framed for laboratory and educational use. We do not give medical advice. We do not recommend dosing for human consumption.

Editorial standards

  • Sources are cited where they exist. Where they don't, we say so.
  • We don't run sponsored content. When we point readers to a supplier, the disclosure is on the page.
  • We update notes when the science updates. The version date sits at the top of every article.
  • If we get something wrong, we correct it and mark the change.
